Oh, I am soooo sorry! My DS did it to his face when he was little; it had to wear off. That was 20+ years ago, so maybe they've come up with something since then! Still--LOL!!!

Oh no she was caught red-handed! My little guy did that once with blue marker (sharpie). I just scrubbed him daily until it was gone.
